Toegewijde clubleden zoals Fabio, Beg\u00fcm en Mladen, die willen bijdragen en onze spelers willen helpen beter te worden. Ze hebben hun krachten gebundeld; statistiek, fysiotherapie en volleybalcoaching, om een fitnessapp te ontwikkelen voor onze spelers.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Het idee achter de app<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Onlangs hebben onze spelers een enqu\u00eate ingevuld waarin ze eerdere en huidige blessures aangaven. Op basis van de resultaten en gegevens van meer dan 20 wedstrijden heeft de projectgroep een gepersonaliseerd plan voor elke speler ontwikkeld. De trainingsinhoud is gepersonaliseerd en de oefeningen duren elk 1 minuut met 30 seconden rust tussendoor en beschikken over een duidelijke instructievideo. De speler kan de oefeningen dagelijks doen en ze als voltooid markeren, zodat het coachingsteam de voortgang kan zien. Fabio zegt: \u201cwe zagen dit meer als een leuke toevoeging voor onze teamgenoten en de manier waarop we trainen.\u201d Mladen voegt toe: \u201cdeze fitnesstracker zal geen beslissingen bepalen of be\u00efnvloeden over hoe we posities invullen voor wedstrijden. Iedereen krijgt zoals altijd dezelfde kans om samen te spelen en zich te ontwikkelen.\u201d De oefeningen voldoen aan de moderne fysiotherapiestandaarden en worden met grote zorg gekozen door dr. Beg\u00fcm Okudan: \u201cwe hebben ervoor gezorgd dat alle oefeningen helpen bij individuele spiertekorten, maar richten zich ook op de kernbehoeften van volleybal, namelijk explosiviteit, behendigheid en kracht.\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De toekomst van onze trainingen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deze app is niet bedoeld om onze trainingen te revolutioneren, maar sluit aan bij het datagebruiksproject dat we dit seizoen zijn gestart. Als groeigerichte club zijn we altijd op zoek naar nieuwe trends en manieren om de sport waar we van houden te verbeteren. Dit digitaliseringsproject is niet gedoemd te eindigen in een gemengde augmented reality situatie of een soort cybernetische trainingsprocedures. Volleybal is nog steeds fysiek en wordt door mensen genoten \u2013 dit zal altijd hetzelfde blijven. We zullen dit project echter blijven ontwikkelen, net zoals we onze club blijven ontwikkelen, verankerd in ons motto: Geen vrees. Geen grenzen.
