Paaksoi Thaifood is an authentic Thai restaurant on Bredabaan in Merksem. Paaksoi brings the world to Antwerp: founder and chef Oa Kenika Rungsamai grew up cooking in her mother’s street-food restaurant in Samut Prakan (Bangkok) and is now introducing her take on traditional and creative Thai cuisine to the city. Guests consistently praise the quality and craftsmanship at Paaksoi which is no surprise given that everything, even the curry pastes and dipping sauces, are prepared freshly in-house.
